Secondly, being a national provider if for any reason your chosen caterer had a problem with your booked in date one of our other teams would fulfil the booking to an equally high standard.

We always encourage you to ask any questions to either your chosen caterer or directly to our administration office. We are a 5* Catering and Events company fully insured and experienced. We can provide insurance details, risk assessments, references and proof of awards and hygiene ratings on request. 

We encourage payment of deposit by credit card which gives you enhanced consumer protection. Full terms and conditions are available prior to booking from us and all partner providers,

We endeavour to get your quote back to you within 24 hours or next working day. We are often quicker! 

Our head office and Main production facility is in Nottinghamshire, East Midlands, but we have additional kitchens and partner caterers located  around the UK 

Yes we would be pleased to arrange a tasting session for you of your chosen menu. We believe it is important to put a face to the name so to speak. Video calls are all very well but tasting your menu is part of choosing the right supplier for your special day. 

Tasting sessions are chargeable but are discounted from your booking costs.
